What if I am not the only individual that needs access to decision checks?
If you have additional individuals at your company that need access to decision Reverse Positive Pay check items, they must first be set up in Online Banking.
- Log in to Small Business Online Banking. Select Tools > Manage Users > Add New User. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the new user inputs.
- After adding them as a new user, you can grant them access to Positive Pay. Navigate to Tools > Positive Pay > Administration > Company Administration > Create New User. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the new user inputs. Allow up to two business days for the new user to be updated to access Positive Pay.
